Barbara Taylor Bradford’s Cavendon Hall historical family saga series is–to put it simply–AMAZING. I was asked by the publisher to read and review (reviews coming VERY soon) and ended up buying the audiobooks so I could listen on my commute. I’ve purposely stretched out how long it’s taking to listen to these books because I truly don’t want them to end. This morning, I was bawling in the car on my way to work because of something that happened in The Cavendon Luck (book 3). I have become so invested in this series and the vast number of characters that I’m afraid to listen to the last two hours because I know I’ll have some serious withdrawals. My mom said the same thing. She is a major Barbara Taylor Bradford fan and devoured all three books (approximately 1375 pages) in a very short amount of time, and as far as I know, is still having a book hangover over a month later. I’ll save the rest of my comments for my reviews, but I saw this pic on Facebook and it spoke volumes about my feelings today.
