Penny and high school never got along. She attends her fifteen year reunion costume party on Halloween and hopes her high school crush Will shows up. When the lights go out and Will finds her, can their sparks turn the lights back on?

Well I was going to say “short, sweet, cute story” but that’s been covered in several reviews already. 😉

Absolutely loved this short, sweet, cute story!!! (Yeah, I looked in the thesaurus and didn’t like the words it gave me.) I’ve never been to one of my high school reunions and will probably never go. I left my lifelong friends after my sophomore year to move 450 miles away and spend 2 years with new people. Didn’t get a chance to know many of them in the new school before we split for college. Going back to my hometown probably wouldn’t work because I didn’t graduate from there. :/ Tracy reminded me that I’m not missing much in terms of finding old “friends” (that’s what social media is for now anyways, right?) but I do wonder what I’ve missed in the rekindling category! I was a nerd in school so probably not much but it’s always fun to dream, right? Wait. I still am. Shoot!

High school crush…class reunion…blackout. Yup! Definitely one to read!!

About Tracy Krimmer

Tracy’s love of writing began at nine years old. She wrote stories about aliens at school, machines that did homework for you, and penguins. Now she pens books and short stories about romance. She loves to read a great book, whether it be romance or science fiction, or any genre in between, or pop popcorn and catch up on her favorite TV shows or movies. She’s been known to crush a candy or two as well. Her loves include fitness, reading, coffee, dogs, and naps (not in that order), and her dislikes are blue cheese, cold weather, and burpees.
